What the tyre hotel does
Everything the front desk is asked when a customer comes to pick up their tyres.
Search by plate
Type the plate number into search and see right away where the tyres are and whether storage is paid.
Storage period
Season, year or another period. The start date is saved, so you can see how long the tyres have been stored.
Payment status
Paid or unpaid on every row. Unpaid ones are visible directly in the list.
Photos
Photos of tyres and rims in the record, so their condition is documented when the customer returns.
Customer confirmation
Print a confirmation with one click: car, customer, contents, location and period. It prints in Finnish.
History by season
Each car’s storage history, season by season.
Seasonal swap in one window
The tyre change and the storage entry in the same window.
Tread depth
Tread depth recorded for each wheel separately.
Bring from storage
A list of the tyres needed for tomorrow’s jobs, so they can be brought out in advance.

How it connects to the calendar
The tyre hotel is an add-on module for WS Calendar. It is opened by the full version code, available on request.
Data is stored in the workshop's own Google Drive, so every computer in the workshop sees the same list.
The module is in daily use at a working repair shop in Helsinki.
Questions
Do I need separate tyre hotel software?
No. The tyre hotel is a WS Calendar module: bookings, booking cards and tyre storage live in the same app.
How do I get the module?
The module is opened by the full version code. Version 1.0 is not sold — development continues in version 2.0. Ask for the code: info@wscalendar.fi.
Can I view storage from a phone?
Yes. The Android app has the storage list with photos and search by plate; the main work is done in the Windows program.
