A small workshop doesn't need a heavy inventory system. It needs a list that shows what is on the shelf and what it costs. From WS Calendar's stock, codes go straight into the booking card and the receipt.

What the stock module does
Everyday stock work without a separate program.
Code, price, quantity
Each item has a code, name, quantity, price, group (brakes, filters, oils…) and description.
Condition
New, used or faulty. Used parts don’t get mixed up with new ones.
Reference codes
Add alternative codes to an item, separated by commas, so it can also be found by the supplier’s code.
Import and stocktaking
Import items from a spreadsheet instead of retyping your old list. Stocktaking and printing included.
Codes in card and receipt
When you type a code in the booking card, the app suggests the stock item with its price. The same line carries over to the receipt.
Stock from movements
Stock is calculated from movements: goods in, goods out, write-off from a receipt — the same figure on every computer.
Write-off from the receipt
If you wish, parts are written off from stock according to the issued receipt.
Supplier’s email
Paste a supplier’s email as text — the program splits it into lines.

Part or service, code and name, quantity and price, group and condition, description and reference codes.
How it connects to the calendar
Stock is an add-on module for WS Calendar. It is opened by the full version code, available on request.
Stock codes appear in the parts and labour table of the booking card and in the receipt, so nothing is entered twice.
The module is in daily use at a working repair shop in Helsinki.
Questions
Is this a full inventory management system?
No. It is a stock list for a small workshop: items, quantities, prices, groups and stocktaking. It has no purchase-order management or supplier integrations.
Can I import my old list from Excel?
Yes, items can be imported from a spreadsheet.
How do I get the module?
The module is opened by the full version code. Version 1.0 is not sold — development continues in version 2.0. Ask for the code: info@wscalendar.fi.
