Development has moved to version 2.0. WS Calendar 1.0 can still be downloaded free, but it is not sold. The full version code (all modules) is available on request: info@wscalendar.fi · +358 40 096 0457
Beta test · October 2026
The work calendar for car repair shops. By mechanic and by the hour.
Every mechanic gets a column, every car gets a card. Bookings, customers and photos are stored in the workshop’s own Google account. For solo mechanics and small to mid-sized workshops — up to about 6 lifts.
In daily use at a working repair shop in Helsinki: 2 office computers, 2 in the workshop and 5 Android phones.
A real screen from the test version. Customer and car data are made up.
WS Calendar is for you if:
One program for everything: bookings, customers and cars, receipts and invoices, tyre hotel, stock and staff — with no monthly fee.
you keep bookings in a paper diary, a notebook or the ordinary calendar on your phone;
you pay every month for software you only use half of;
your current software is clumsy: too many clicks, tabs and extra windows.
A working tool, not a pretty wrapper
WS Calendar is built in a working repair shop, for repair shops. What matters is that everything you need is in front of you and easy to work with.
Everything on one screen
The week by mechanic or by lift, the booking card, customer, car and parts. No jumping between tabs, no endless scrolling.
Quick actions
Drag a booking to another day, time or mechanic. Change the mechanic or status right in the card, without extra windows.
Easy to switch
If you have kept bookings on paper or in Google Calendar, you will feel at home quickly. A clear interface with nothing extra.
Fits real work
Not everything in a workshop is done with perfect precision, and the software doesn't demand it. It fits different kinds of jobs instead of making the workshop work its way.
The app at work — videos
Four short videos: the real app on a real screen. Names, plates and phone numbers are made up.
1. The week at a glanceThe calendar by mechanic, status colours, the day view and search across the whole history. This is the free Basic.
All of this is in daily use at a real workshop in Helsinki. The interface is in Finnish, Russian or English — customer documents print in Finnish by default. Items marked “module” are sold separately.
Week by mechanic
Inside every day, a column for each mechanic. Colours show status: waiting, in progress, done, invoiced. Drag bookings between days and mechanics. Above each day, a load bar: how many hours are sold out of those available. Columns by mechanic or simply numbered. Resources, such as a courtesy car, on a separate row.
Day, month and search
Day view: the day’s load from the mechanics’ schedules and absences, timed bookings on a timeline, colour queues — order parts, make an offer, waiting for parts; “Needs attention” and “Bring from storage”. Month overview. Ctrl+F search by plate, model, customer and jobs — across 3 years of history.
Booking card
Car, customer, the customer's request in their own words, parts and labour with a price range. Paste a supplier's email as text — the app splits it into lines.
Work order as PDF
What the customer asked for, what is proposed, prices and faults found. Choose the sections before printing.
Receipts and invoicesmodule
A receipt from the card in one click, 25.5% VAT, running numbers, Finnish reference numbers, and a document register with filters and correction history. Drafts without a number, voiding with a stamp, credit notes (hyvitys), shared numbering across several computers and an export for the accountant (ZIP: PDF + CSV).
Seasonal wheel storage: storage location, season, payment, photos and a confirmation for the customer. Storage history by season, the seasonal swap in one window, tread depth for each wheel and tomorrow’s “bring from storage” list.
Parts and services with code, price and quantity. Import from a spreadsheet, stocktaking, codes flow into the card and the receipt. Stock is calculated from the history of goods in and out; if you wish, parts are written off from the issued receipt. A supplier’s email is split into lines.
Absences and overtime, a working-time report, owner statistics and mechanic productivity from issued receipts. Absence tracking works for free, without the module.
Every computer sees the same thing. If a card is already open elsewhere, the app warns you. Mechanic mode protects against accidental edits.
Introduction and setup
The program shows you where everything is and walks you through setup step by step: company and details, documents, staff and schedules, modules, receipt numbering. The workshop’s shared notes sync with Google Tasks.
WS Calendar for Androidclosed test on Google Play
The phone as a workshop tool: day and week, booking card with photos, parts and labour calculator, tyre hotel, stock, notes, receipts behind a PIN code, mechanic mode and the “Task for AI” button. You can add a booking from the phone too, but the main work happens in the Windows program.
Your data is always yours: the app gives all data in one archive for Excel and for another app.

How it works
No data is stored on our servers — everything stays in your workshop's own Google account. The app is a convenient window into the workshop's own Google account.
Install on Windows
A regular Windows 10 / 11 app (64-bit). Installation is a single file — no server, no network setup.
Sign in with Google
The workshop's shared Google account. The app asks for access to three things: Google Calendar (reading and editing bookings), Google Drive (only the files the app itself creates in the WSCalendar folder — it cannot see your other files) and Google Tasks (the workshop's shared notes and task list, Windows only).
Work from any computer
Every computer sees the same week. Even when the app is closed, bookings are visible in the regular Google Calendar, on your phone too.
Data
Bookings stay in the workshop's own Google account. Primpex Oy neither sees nor stores your customers' data. In Drive the app only sees files it created itself; notes sync to Google Tasks. Customers, cars and receipts are also kept in a local database on each device. No ads, analytics or tracking. More in the privacy policy.
System requirements and 64-bit check
System requirements
The main program only runs on 64-bit Windows (the Android companion app is an add-on, not a replacement). On older computers with 32-bit Windows (x86) the app will not start.
You need
Windows 10 or Windows 11
64-bit operating system (x64)
The workshop's Google account
Internet connection for syncing
Won't work
32-bit Windows (x86)
Windows 7 and 8.1
macOS and Linux
Check your computer in 30 seconds
Press the Windows key + Pause, or open Start → Settings → System → About.
Find “System type”.
If it says “64-bit operating system, x64-based processor”, WS Calendar will work. If it says “32-bit operating system”, it won't run on this computer.
Your Windows version (10 or 11) is shown on the same page under “Windows specifications”.

FAQ
Short answers. Didn't find yours? Write to info@wscalendar.fi
Where is the data stored?
In the workshop's own Google account: bookings in Google Calendar; files, photos and settings in the WSCalendar folder in Google Drive; shared notes in Google Tasks. Customers, cars, receipts and stock are also kept in a local database on each device. Primpex Oy has no access to them.
How big a workshop is it for?
For solo mechanics and small to mid-sized workshops with up to about 6 lifts. The program runs on the workshop’s Google Calendar and Drive, and a large workshop would make too many simultaneous edits. You don’t need a column for every mechanic: often only 1–2 people are scheduled by the hour, and the rest work through the day’s jobs.
Software built with AI — is it reliable?
AI helps write the code, but the decisions and testing are ours. Every feature first runs daily in our own workshop, then with testers, and only then goes on sale.
What language is the app in?
The interface is in Finnish, Russian or English, switchable in settings. Work orders, receipts, invoices and tyre storage confirmations print in Finnish by default (the document language is chosen in settings): a mechanic can work in Russian while the customer gets Finnish documents.
Does it need an internet connection?
For syncing, yes. Offline, the app shows the latest copy of the calendar; changes to bookings are saved when a connection is available.
Will it run on an old computer?
Only if the computer has 64-bit Windows 10 or 11. It does not run on 32-bit Windows (x86). See how to check under System requirements.
Does it work on Mac, Android or iPhone?
The main program runs on Windows (10 / 11, 64-bit). An Android companion app is released at the same time — it complements the Windows program rather than replacing it. There is no Mac or iPhone version yet; iOS comes later. Bookings are still visible in the regular Google Calendar on your phone.
How do I get the full version?
WS Calendar 1.0 is not sold — development has moved to version 2.0. Basic is free. The full version code (all modules) is available on request: info@wscalendar.fi or +358 40 096 0457.
What happens to bookings if I stop using the app?
Nothing: they stay in the workshop's Google Calendar and Drive.
Collaboration
We're looking for development partners
WS Calendar has a working product, a real workshop to test every feature in, and a clear market: thousands of small repair shops paying too much for software. We need experienced people to take the project to the next level — in Finland, and then in Europe.
We're not looking for hourly contractors but partners: people who want to grow the project with us and share in its future profit as sales grow. Terms are agreed personally.
Who we're looking for
Flutter / Dart development, Windows and Android
Architecture, databases, back end
Google APIs, release process, builds
UX / UI design
Testing and quality assurance
Real experience required — links to projects, GitHub or a portfolio are a must.
