Version 0.8.1 · Basic is free, no time limit

The basic version — the workshop's work calendar — is free for good: the week by mechanic with drag and drop, a booking card with the car and the customer, work orders as PDF, photos and files in the workshop's Google Drive, any number of computers and a phone helper for Android. The paid modules (receipts and invoices, tyre hotel, stock, staff and statistics) can be added later, when you need them.

What you need

• A Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) computer. No administrator rights are needed to install.
• The workshop's Google account. Preferably a separate work account, not a personal one: its Calendar holds the bookings and its Drive the shared data. All the workshop's computers and phones sign in with this account.
• An Android phone — optional, connected after the computer is set up. There is no iPhone app.

How to install — 5 minutes

1. Run the installer. If Windows or your antivirus warns about a new program, that is normal for a new file: the file's properties show the Primpex Oy signature. In Windows: “More info” → “Run anyway”.
2. Sign in with Google using the workshop's account. The sign-in opens in your browser.
3. Allow access. The app asks only for the Calendar, Tasks and the files it creates itself; it has passed Google's verification. Details — Security and data.
4. First setup: owner, company, mechanics, documents, computer name. The app tells you what is missing.
5. Phone — after the computer is set up: install WS Calendar from Google Play and sign in with the same account. If the phone helper is already installed from an APK file, wait until the photos are sent, uninstall it and install it from Google Play.

The workshop's data stays in its own Google account and on its computers; Primpex Oy has no servers that store your data. By installing the app you accept the terms and the privacy policy.
