When the job is done, the customer, car, parts and labour are already in the booking card. WS Calendar turns them into a receipt or invoice, so nothing is retyped into another program.

What the module does
Receipts, invoices and their register in the same app as your bookings.
Document types
Invoice with a due date, card receipt and cash receipt — plus a credit note (hyvitys).
VAT and numbering
25.5% VAT by default, a custom rate per line when needed. Sequential numbering 0001, 0002…
Reference number
Invoices get a Finnish reference number (viitenumero) with a check digit, so payments are easy to match.
Document register
All receipts and invoices in one list: filters for date, type and payment status, search by customer and number, report for a period.
Corrections are traceable
A corrected receipt keeps its previous version, and cancellations stay in the history.
Drafts and voiding
A draft has no number, so an unfinished receipt never breaks the number sequence. An issued receipt is voided with a stamp, not deleted.
Shared numbering
One number sequence across several computers — numbers never overlap.
Export for the accountant
The period’s receipts in one ZIP file: the PDFs plus a CSV list.
Receipt and invoice register
Filters, payment status and correction history. Documents print in Finnish even when the interface is in English or Russian.
Good to know
Receipts and invoices is an add-on module for WS Calendar. It is opened by the full version code, available on request.
The module is not accounting software. You can give the period report to your accountant, but bookkeeping still happens in the accountant's system.
The module is in daily use at a working repair shop in Helsinki.
Questions
Does this replace accounting software?
No. The module creates receipts and invoices and keeps a register of them. Bookkeeping happens in your accountant's system.
What language do receipts print in?
Finnish, regardless of the interface language.
How do I get the module?
The module is opened by the full version code. Version 1.0 is not sold — development continues in version 2.0. Ask for the code: info@wscalendar.fi.
