What the module does
Working time and figures in one place — without mechanics logging their time.
Absences
Day off, sick leave, holiday, unauthorised absence, overtime. Entries show in the week view and in the day's load. Absence tracking works for free, without the module.
Working-time report
For a month: hours by schedule, absences and overtime — for the accountant.
Owner statistics
Behind a PIN: monthly turnover with and without VAT, unpaid invoices, average sale, new and returning customers.
Mechanic productivity
Labour hours from issued receipts, by mechanic.

How it connects to the calendar
Staff and statistics is an add-on module for WS Calendar. It is opened by the full version code, available on request.
Staff absences show in the week view and in the day's load. Productivity and turnover are calculated from issued receipts.
The module is in daily use at a working repair shop in Helsinki.
