Terms of use

Updated 27.10.2026

1. Developer

Primpex Oy (Business ID 2575921-6, VAT FI25759216)
Hämeentie 103, 00550 Helsinki, Finland
info@wscalendar.fi

2. Right of use

The basic version of WS Calendar 1.0 (Basic) can be downloaded and used free of charge. The program and its modules are not sold: development has moved to version 2.0. The program and its copyright remain with Primpex Oy.

3. Download and activation

The Windows installer is on wscalendar.fi, the Android phone helper on Google Play. The code is entered in the program: Settings → Modules and licence → “Activate”. The workshop’s other computers and phones receive it by themselves.

The program needs 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, a Google account and an internet connection.

4. Updates and version 2.0

Fixes may still be released for version 1.0, while new features are developed in version 2.0. The terms of version 2.0 will be announced separately. A workshop can take all its data at any time: Settings → Bring your data → “Download all data (ZIP)”.

5. Support

Support is provided by email at info@wscalendar.fi. We aim to reply within two business days.

6. Data and backups

The software stores data in the workshop's own Google account (Google Calendar, Google Drive and Google Tasks) and in a local database on the workshop's devices. Primpex Oy does not store this data. The workshop is responsible for access to its Google account, for backups and for the content it records in its bookings. See the privacy policy.

7. Google services

A Google account is required, and Google's own terms apply to Google services. If Google changes its APIs, a feature may temporarily behave differently. We aim to release updates quickly.

8. Limitation of liability

The program is provided as is. Primpex Oy is not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue or loss of data. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor where mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is on this page. These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are settled by negotiation where possible, otherwise by the Helsinki District Court.
